Welcome to Techyod! Before you proceed with using our services, please carefully read and understand the following Terms of Service ("ToS"). By accessing or using our website and its services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. General Terms
1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age.
1.2. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services, including but not limited to copyright laws and regulations related to online conduct.
1.3. Updates: These ToS are subject to change at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of our services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. User Conduct
2.1. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using our services: a. Violating any laws or regulations. b. Impersonating any person or entity. c. Distributing, transmitting, or promoting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. d. Engaging in any form of harassment, trolling, or spamming. e. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers, systems, or networks. f. Engaging in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or inhibits any other user's ability to use our services.
2.2. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your actions and the consequences of those actions while using our services. We are not responsible for any content posted or actions taken by users.
3. Transactions
3.1. Marketplace Listings: Techyod Marketplace allows users to buy and sell subscriptions, in-game currency, and other digital goods. However, we do not guarantee the quality, legality, or safety of any items listed on our platform. Users engage in transactions at their own risk.
3.2. Transaction Disputes: In the event of a dispute between users regarding a transaction, Techyod Marketplace may provide assistance to resolve the issue. However, we are not obligated to mediate disputes and cannot guarantee a resolution.
3.3. Payment Processing: Payments made through our platform are processed by third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for any issues or disputes arising from payment processing.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. Ownership: All content and materials provided on our Discord server, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned or licensed by Techyod Marketplace and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4.2. Use of Content: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content from our server without prior written permission from Techyod Marketplace.
5. Termination
5.1. Termination: Techyod Marketplace reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these ToS or for conduct that we believe is harmful to our community.
5.2. Effect of Termination: Upon termination of your access to our services, all rights granted to you under these ToS will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of our services.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1 These ToS are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Order Modification and Cancellation for Online OTT Subscriptions
Order Modification for Shared Accounts: If any customer changes order details after placing an order for a shared online OTT subscription through TechYod (e.g., Netflix, Amazon Prime, Chorki, Crunchyroll, Hoichoi, Spotify, YouTube Premium), the order will be considered canceled. Changes to shared accounts may impact other customers’ experiences, which TechYod aims to avoid.
Separate Policy for Private Accounts: This policy does not apply to private subscription accounts. It applies only to shared accounts, where order modifications can disrupt the shared service.
Blacklisting Policy: If a customer intentionally modifies order details for shared subscriptions, causing inconvenience to others, they may be marked as a blacklisted customer.

Compliance
You agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by Techyod Marketplace. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban.
Conduct
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, spamming, and any other form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Content
You agree not to post any content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized advertising, NSFW content, and pirated material.
Disputes
You acknowledge that Techyod Marketplace is not responsible for disputes between users, including transactions made through the marketplace. Any disputes should be resolved directly between the parties involved.

By joining the Techyod Marketplace Discord server, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
